Pulse IT Recruitment Ltd receive your information when you apply directly for an advertised role via our partner job board websites to be a candidate for whom we can assist in your job search.
On occasions, Pulse IT Recruitment Ltd may collect your personal details / CV from our partner job boards in order to contact you about a specific vacancy.
These details will have been entered by you when you registered to their database, to enable the process, these details may be stored securely for reference & to assist your search process. If you do not wish to contacted regarding your job search please contact to the particular job board where your personal information is stored.
When you register with Pulse IT Recruitment Ltd you must consent to us collecting and storing your personal information. This may include your name; contact details; address; employment history; mobility and education.
During all telephone conversations / interviews we may collect personal information with regard to employment preferences which may be stored on your personal record. This information enables us to ensure your suitability for the position in question and the role matched for you.
We will never share candidates’ personal details or Curriculum Vitae with a third party without the candidate’s consent & without them being fully aware where & what position their CV (minus ALL personal contact information) is being submitted for.
It is common that we will connect with you in the future and for this reason, your consent includes consent to retain your contact details/CV until such time as you request for this data to be deleted from our database.
If you do not wish to consent Pulse IT Recruitment Ltd storing your personal data, please do not submit your CV via our website. Please note, we are unable to process your application without receipt of consent to process and store your personal information.
Once a position has been found for you, we will process your personal data for the purpose of you entering into a contract to fulfil your position.
If you contact one of our Consultants directly to assist with your job search in anyway, you are giving your consent to Pulse IT Recruitment Ltd process your data contained within your email etc for lawful purposes as above.
As a candidates, you have the right to request access to your CV/personal data. Once we have verified your identity we will provide the information you requested within 30 days.
Where we have placed a candidate in a role, we are required to retain evidence of that placement to satisfy our client obligations.
In the event that Pulse IT Recruitment Ltd shares personal information with a client, within the application process, we advise that third party of your wish to be forgotten if communication has been in the last 12 months.
All of our systems are protected and only Pulse IT Recruitment Ltd staff working for Pulse IT Recruitment Ltd have access to the personal information stored in your registration. Our system & database is fully encrypted with each being password protected at all times.
In the unlikely event that our computer systems are compromised and there is a potential loss of confidentiality we will report this breach to you.
Pulse IT Recruitment Ltd do not store financial information from candidates.
